Data and Information in BRISIN will be accessible in Wards, Local Government Areas, and States of the Federation.

- The candidate must be a citizen of Nigeria
- The candidate should not be less than 20 years of age

- Should have at least 5 credits including English and Mathematics in his or her O’level result
- The candidate must have any of the following certificates; Bsc, OND, HND, or any certificate that is equivalent to the above-mentioned ones.
- Having a good knowledge of the computer is an added advantage
- The candidate should have good communication skills
- Should be someone who has a teamwork spirit.
